Getting further help and reporting a problem

If you need to report an issue, contact your local authority helpdesk. They will raise the matter with RM, the providers of the Glow Portal, if required.

When you are reporting a defect, try to provide as much information as possible to help define what is wrong. For example:

  • Find out how to take a screenshot of the problem you have found as this can help identify the issue.
  • It is a good idea to include the web address of the blog that you have a problem with;
  • It helps if you can report the type and version of your operating system (e.g. Windows 7) and browser (e.g. Chrome 30).
