Welcome to the Glow Key Contacts page
Glow Accounts are managed at Establishment or Local Authority level, depending on your role and remit. e.g. if you are school based, like a teacher or student then your school office manage your Glow account.
Glow Key Contacts are the dedicated person or team within your Local Authority who support Glow users, including if they have issues with accessing Glow. Glow Key Contacts are not school based. You can also approach your Glow Key Contact if you have any questions or concerns about Glow in general.

| Clackmannanshire Council | All Clackmannanshire staff and pupils have a Glow account generated via SEEMiS. Staff should speak to their SMT, office staff, or log an IT helpdesk call. Pupils should ask their teacher. |

| East Ayrshire Council | All East Ayrshire staff and pupils have a Glow account generated via SEEMiS. Staff should speak to their SMT, office staff, or log a call with our Glow support team via eacglow.support@eastayrshire.org.uk. Pupils should ask their teacher. |

| Glasgow City Council | Contact your school’s Glow Accounts and Services Manager (ASM). This is usually a member of your schools office team or speak to your Head Teacher |
| Highland Council | Glow accounts are available for all Highland Council school-based staff and all pupils. Glow accounts are generated through the user’s records within SEEMiS. Please check with your school to ensure your details are up to date, then they can have a call logged with the Highland Council Service desk. |
| Inverclyde Council | Each school has an Account Manager (ASM) who can provide accounts. If you do not know who this is, please email SchoolMISS@inverclyde.gov.uk |

| Moray Council | Parents/Pupils – Issues with Glow should be reported to your school. Contact details can be found on the Moray Council website or your schools website. Staff – Contact the Glow administrator for your school in the first instance. If this is not possible, please contact learntech@moray.gov.uk. |
