Getting further help and reporting a problem #

If you need to report an issue, contact your local authority helpdesk. They will raise the matter with RM, the providers of the Glow Portal, if required.

When you are reporting a defect, try to provide as much information as possible to help define what is wrong. For example:

  • Find out how to take a screenshot of the problem you have found as this can help identify the issue
  • It is a good idea to include the web address of the blog that you have a problem with
  • It helps if you can report the type and version of your operating system (e.g. Windows 7) and browser (e.g. Chrome 30).
