Matching Game in Learning Activities and Teach Module
A new matching game in Microsoft Learning Activities allows learners to reinforce knowledge by pairing related concepts quickly. Key features include generating activities from existing learning content formats, custom game settings and the ability to enhance and adapt content.

Retirement of Connecting Personal Email Accounts into Outlook on the web
Microsoft will phase out OneView and TrueTime features in Outlook on the web between March and late June 2026, disabling the connection of personal email accounts. While no data will be deleted, users can still access multiple accounts through various browsers or Outlook for Windows/Mac.

Choose your ‘Enter’ key behaviour in Teams Chat Settings
Microsoft Teams introduces a new setting allowing users to choose whether pressing Enter sends a message or creates a new line, helping to avoid accidental message sends. Users can adjust this preference in Settings > Chats and channels, with contextual hints provided to reinforce the selected behaviour.

Copilot Chat to Summarise Emails
Microsoft has introduced a Summarise button in Outlook, enabling staff to generate AI summaries of email threads directly from the reading pane. This feature, available through Copilot chat, extracts key points, decisions, and action items, making it useful for lengthy discussions and efficient response preparation.

Microsoft Whiteboard Storage Migration
Microsoft is moving all Whiteboard file storage to OneDrive to provide improved security and better revision history. Any older Whiteboard files created before 2022 are still stored in Azure, and user action is required to migrate them.

New Copilot Quiz – Teach Module or Teams
New Quiz creation tools. You can now use AI to create and improve quizzes directly from the Teach Module or within Assignments in Teams. Copilot helps you draft questions, refine assessments, and suggest enhancements.
