Saltire Awards

What are the Saltire Awards?

The Saltire Awards celebrate and recognise the commitment and achievements of young volunteers in Scotland.

Open to those aged 11–25, the awards offer nationally recognised certificates, signed by Scottish Government Ministers, for different levels of volunteering, from one-off team challenges to milestones of 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, and 500 hours.

Delivered locally by Scotland’s Third Sector Interfaces and supported by the Scottish Government and the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations, the scheme helps young people reflect on their skills, learning, and personal development gained through volunteering. It’s a fantastic way to make a difference, gain recognition, and boost future opportunities!

How can I find out more?

The Saltire Awards now have their own dedicated tile on the RM Unify National Launchpad. Just make sure you click on the flag icon from the left hand side navigation and you will find the tile at the bottom of the page..
