What’s changed?
Those who have opted in to Google’s Additional Services are able to access the range of exciting, extra tools to support their schoolwork. Only some of the Additional Services are shown as standard in the Google waffle menu. Now, we’ve created a new icon that sits in your Google waffle and will lead you to all of the Additional Services.
Where can I find the new icon?
First, click on the Google waffle menu:
Next, look for this icon and click on it:
This will take you through to the Glow Connect Additional Services page.
From here, you will see all of the individual Additional Services that are available through Glow. You can now click on name of the service you are looking to access and you will be taken directly there:
Note: the Glow Connect Additional Services page is updated periodically as new Additional Services are added to Google Workspace within Glow. Please ensure you are logged into your Glow account before clicking through to the desired Additional Service to ensure access is connected to your Glow profile.
What other shortcuts can I use to access Google Additional Services?
You can also add a new tile to your Glow dashboard with a link to the Glow Connect Additional Services page.
There is also the option to bookmark either the Glow Connect Additional Services page or the individual Additional Service from within your browser.
