The Google Certified Educator (GCE) programme is a professional development pathway designed for educators to validate their expertise in Google Workspace for Education and lead digital transformation in the classroom.

2 options in 2026 for Level 1 and Level 2

Option 1:

Google now have a newly revamped and improved asynchronous certifications platform which educators can log into at any time, and watch short, punchy videos created by UK&I educators, to learn how to use the Google Workspace tools for free at any convenient time.

Educators and teams can continue to sign up for live webinars too (usually 3 x 1 hours for level 1, and 3 x 1 hours for level 2) using the form below.

Google Certified Educator Level 1, Level 2 and Gemini Certified Educator are now free for 6 months for the first half of 2026, with no voucher required (you just ‘Sign in with Google’ which is a lot easier than applying a voucher) and can all be found via the link below.
