If you’ve seen the archive/deletion notice at the top of your blog, you must act now if you want to keep it.
Teachers & Staff
- Check for the notice – It’s at the top of any blog marked for deletion.
- Request a restore – Contact your Glow Key Contact (GKC) to raise a support request.

Students
- Check for the notice – If your blog or e-portfolio is marked, you’ll see the message at the top.
- Tell a teacher – They must submit the request for you.
- Make sure it’s done in time – If no request is made by 21 August 2025, it will be permanently deleted.
