Applied Digital Skills is moving, 30th June 2025
What’s changing?
To continue providing the best possible experience, Google are happy to announce that Applied Digital Skills lessons will be moving to a new Google for Education learning platform on the 30th June 2025.
This new platform is now live and will house the best of Google’s teacher and student learning content.

What does this mean for you?
- Account & Data: You can continue to access your account and use Applied Digital Skills normally until the transition date. After June 30th, all accounts and data will be deleted. If you’d like to retain any account information, you can download your data, then you’ll be able to create a new account when the new platform is live.
- Lessons & Materials: While Google’s most popular lessons will be migrated to the new platform, if you’d like, you may consider downloading materials from your favourite lessons like lesson videos, lesson plans, rubrics, or certificates before the transition date.
- Dashboard: The current teacher and student dashboard will not be available on the new website. If needed, Google encourage users to leverage the power of Google Classroom to easily share lesson links with students.
