Why is this important?
To avoid getting yourself locked out of your Glow account, we advise that you set up a recovery email address that you can use to reset your Glow password, without having to reach out to anyone else to do it for you.
How can I do this?
You can set a recovery email address by clicking on your Glow profile from the RM Unify Launchpad.
Once you have opened your Glow profile, click on Password Recovery from the left hand navigation. Now you can enter an email address of your choice that can be used to reset your Glow password if required.
Top Tip
Please remember not to add your Glow M365 email address as your recovery email address because this will not help when you are locked out of Glow.

If you are a staff member and are having trouble with resetting your Glow password, please contact your school Glow coordinator.
Alternatively, contact your local authority Glow Key Contact for support.
If you are a student, a member of staff at your establishment should be able to reset your password for you.
