What’s changed?
Microsoft recently updated the end-to-end experience for Microsoft Forms, from Form creation to response analysis, making it more modern and intuitive. This exciting revamp gives you a fresh look on the landing, portal, design, and result pages. Whether you’re creating some registration forms, feedback forms, research forms, or simply doing a check-in, the new Forms offers a seamless and intuitive experience from start to finish.
What does it look like?
New Form experience
New pre-populated templates
Once you have selected to create a new Form, you will be able to see some pre-populated templates on the left hand side that you can customise based on your requirements. Remember to click on the templates button to open up the menu.

Once you are happy with the content, you can then customise the Form further by choosing a different look and layout from the style menu along the top navigation.
