What’s new?
Google have released a new adoption and usage metrics for Gemini reports in the Admin console. These new reports offer Google administrators comprehensive visibility into AI feature usage and thresholds to help them better manage their Workspace subscription and Gemini adoption. This includes usage data by features, apps, and active users.
Benefits
With these new metrics, administrators can better understand how users are engaging with Gemini features across Workspace apps. Admins can use this information to make decisions on AI enablement, adoption, and productivity for your organisations.
What does it look like?
The new metrics are available to local authority digital leads who manage a Google Admin Console within Glow. Once in the Google Admin Console you will be able to find org-level usage and user-level usage from the left hand navigation.
