Important news for teachers using Glow

Identity matching is changing

From the 28th October if you move to a new teaching position in a different local authority you will receive a new Glow account rather than continue to use your existing account. Your new account will have a different username and password and access to your old content will be removed with your old account.

The reason for this change is to ensure we continue to comply with all legal requirements for handling data.

What do you need to do?

If you are a teacher who has moved between schools in different local authorities recently or will do so in the near future you will need to plan ahead to ensure you have access to the content and data you need in your new post in line with local policies.
