Glow Blogs Housekeeping Update

In December we let you know about a Glow Blogs housekeeping exercise we’re carrying out to free up some space and keep the service running well.

Work is progressing and we have now archived older Glow Blogs that haven’t been used for a number of years. Following this, around the end of April 2019 we will permanently delete these from the system to free up space and help improve overall performance.

If your Glow Blog is archived but you want to continue using it you have the opportunity to restore it back to the live environment. Simply email your Glow Key Contact before the end of April 2019 and they will raise a service call on your behalf. Otherwise there’s nothing you need to do.

Thanks for your help and happy blogging.

Glow Blogs Announcement

Do you have a Glow Blog? Most likely the answer is yes! Glow Blogs is one of the most popular services in Glow with over 3000 new blogs created each month.

This is fantastic news and we want to make sure Glow keeps performing well to support your blogs. To help with this we’re carrying out a housekeeping exercise to remove older Glow Blogs that haven’t been used for a while.

Around the second week of January 2019 we’re going to archive older Glow Blogs that haven’t been used for a number of years.

New and improved Glow Connect

Glow Connect is the official website for Glow and provides customers with information on the educational benefits of Glow, access to the Glow login screen, and help and guidance on the various services Glow has to offer.

The website provides a single point of reference for teachers, learners, parents and carers and for anyone who has a Glow login or has an interest in using Glow for learning and teaching.

The site has been refreshed based on customer feedback. In order to help us improve our services further we have included a feedback form for you to leave your comments and suggestions on the new site.
